About Suzan

Business owners deserve clear, organized financial records that allow them to focus on running and growing their business—not stressing over their bookkeeping.

With nearly 20 years of experience in financial services, I’ve worked closely with individuals and small business owners and have seen firsthand how challenging it can be to balance day-to-day operations while keeping financial records accurate and up to date. That experience led me to focus on bookkeeping so I can serve as a dependable partner who helps business owners maintain organized books and clear financial information.

Growing up in a small village in Uganda taught me to never take opportunity for granted. That perspective continues to shape how I approach my work—with gratitude, discipline, and a genuine commitment to serving others well.

Originally from Uganda in East Africa, I moved to the United States in 2002 and settled in Jacksonville in 2006. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, a Master of Business Administration, and I am a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor. My work is grounded in accuracy, reliability, and a strong commitment to supporting small business owners.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and exploring new places. I’m also a foodie, which probably explains why the gym is one of my favorite places to be. I value time with friends and family and try to approach life with a positive outlook—seeing the glass as half full rather than half empty.

My goal is simple: to give business owners the clarity and peace of mind that comes from having their financial records handled with care and precision.
